How We Onboard & Coordinate Technicians
Ultimate Cleaners operates as a lead-referral and dispatch network — we don't perform the cleaning ourselves. Here is how we onboard the independent local technicians who do the work, and how we hold them to a standard. We don't claim licenses or insurance we don't enforce.
1. W-9 Onboarding
Before a technician takes a job under our name, they complete our standard onboarding — a signed W-9 and a service agreement covering scope, pricing, and quality expectations.
2. On-Site Quoting
Your exact price is confirmed on-site after a free inspection, in writing, before any work begins. No deceptive low-ball "specials" that balloon once the truck is in your driveway.
3. Work Audit
We review the before-and-after photo record on completed jobs and monitor customer feedback continuously. Technicians who fall below standard are removed from dispatch.
4. Standard Enforcement
Every job must be performed to one clear standard of work — negative-pressure containment, full-system cleaning, HEPA-filtered equipment, and written documentation.
Our Standard of Work
The difference between a real cleaning and a "blow-and-go" special is the method. We hold every technician in the network to one clear standard of work — a full, contained cleaning of the whole HVAC system, documented before and after.
In practice, that means:
- Negative-pressure containment so debris never enters your living space
- Cleaning of the entire system — not just the visible duct sections
- HEPA-filtered vacuum equipment that captures fine particulate
- Source removal of contaminants, not just deodorizing or fogging
- Written post-cleaning documentation you keep
Our Commitments to You
We can make these commitments because we coordinate who does the work and hold them to one standard.
- If you have a concern about a job, tell us — we relay it directly to the technician and help you reach a resolution.
- Every job is documented with before-and-after photos so you can see exactly what was done.
- Your price is confirmed in writing before work begins — it cannot increase mid-job without your approval.
- You always know who you're dealing with: an independent local technician dispatched through our network.
How We Handle Complaints
If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it directly — not read about it later. Call our national line or email info@ultimatecleanersllc.com and a member of our quality team will respond within one business day.
We investigate every complaint against the job's photo record and our standard of work. As a dispatch service we don't perform the cleaning ourselves, but we relay your concern directly to the technician, help you reach a resolution, and review that technician's standing in the network.

Terms of Service
Quotes provided on this site and by phone are estimates based on the information you provide and are confirmed in writing on-site after a free inspection. Final pricing depends on your system's size, condition, and access, and any optional add-ons you approve in advance.
Service is performed by independent technicians onboarded to the Ultimate Cleaners network via a W-9 agreement. By requesting service you consent to be contacted by phone about your request. These terms are a plain-language summary; a full written agreement is provided before any work begins.
