Our Story
Marcus Webb started Ultimate Cleaners LLC in 2024 after watching, too many times, how homeowners were treated by duct cleaning scammers: a $69 ad, a truck that shows up, a technician who finds "dangerous black mold" in every home, and a final invoice for $800.
After 8 years as a licensed HVAC contractor in Florida, Marcus knew what a real inspection looked like — and he knew those homeowners were being robbed. He started Ultimate Cleaners with a simple commitment: flat-rate pricing quoted before any work begins, NADCA certification for every technician, and before-and-after documentation on every job.
Today, Ultimate Cleaners serves homeowners in all 50 states, documents every job with before-and-after photos, quotes a flat rate in writing before any work begins, and still hasn't run a "$69 whole house special."
Our Commitments
No Bait-and-Switch. Ever.
We quote a flat rate after inspecting your system. The price you're quoted is the price you pay. We have never run a "whole house for $69" promotion and we never will. That pricing model exists to deceive homeowners, and we built this company in direct opposition to it.
Documentation on Every Job
Every job produces before-and-after photographs of your ductwork. You see exactly what was in your system before we cleaned it, and exactly what your system looks like after. If we can't show you the difference, we haven't done our job.
NADCA Standard or Nothing
We clean to the NADCA ACR Standard — the only nationally recognized performance standard for HVAC system cleaning. This means negative-pressure cleaning, full system cleaning (not just the visible sections), HEPA-filtered equipment, and written post-cleaning documentation.
To make honest, NADCA-standard air duct cleaning available to every household in America — with transparent pricing, verified professionals, and proof of the work on every single job.
Our Network
Ultimate Cleaners operates as a verified contractor network. Every technician in our network completes our standard onboarding process, including a signed W-9 and service agreement, before taking any job. We coordinate dispatch, customer communication, and quality tracking — our partners handle the skilled work. The result: you get a local technician who knows your market, backed by the accountability and flat-rate pricing of a national brand.
Every Network Partner Completes
- A signed W-9 on file
- A signed service agreement
- Our standard onboarding process
- Dispatch activation in their local market
- Commitment to flat-rate, no-upsell pricing
How We Onboard Our Technicians
Ultimate Cleaners LLC coordinates a contractor network across 386 US cities. We are a dispatch and coordination service: we handle scheduling, customer communication, and quality tracking, while our independent partners handle the skilled work. Every technician completes the same straightforward onboarding before taking a job under our name.
- 1Application & W-9 Completion
The technician applies to join the network and completes a signed W-9.
- 2Service Agreement Review & Signing
They review and sign our service agreement covering scope, pricing, and quality expectations.
- 3Onboarding & Dispatch Activation
After onboarding, the technician is activated for dispatch in their local market.
Why Ultimate Cleaners
Four things separate us from the $69-special operators that gave this industry its reputation.
Every Technician Is NADCA-Certified
We don't subcontract to whoever's cheapest. Every technician in the network holds a current NADCA ASCS credential and the required state license — verified before they ever work under our name.
Flat-Rate Pricing, Quoted Up Front
You get a firm written price after a free inspection, before any work starts. No commission upsells, no "we found mold" surprises, no bait-and-switch. The quote is the price.
Before & After Documentation
Every job produces photographs of your ductwork before and after cleaning. If we can't show you the difference, we haven't earned the invoice.
Fully Insured, Background-Checked
Every network contractor carries $2M general liability and workers' comp, and passes a background check. You're protected on every visit — no exceptions.
Nationwide, From Coast to Coast
Our network spans 386 cities across all 50 states — from the humid Gulf Coast where mold colonizes ductwork in months, to the arid Southwest where fine dust loads air handlers, to the cold Northeast where sealed winter homes concentrate indoor pollutants. Wherever you are, there's a vetted technician nearby.
Find your cityOur Promise to You
- If you're not satisfied with the cleaning, we re-clean the affected ducts at no charge.
- If our before/after photos don't show a clear improvement, you don't pay.
- Every price is locked in writing before work begins — it cannot increase mid-job.
- Every technician's license and NADCA credential is available for you to verify on request.
Our Quality Guarantee
We back every cleaning with a satisfaction guarantee because we hold every technician to the NADCA ACR Standard — the only nationally recognized performance standard for HVAC system cleaning. That means negative-pressure containment, full-system cleaning (not just the visible sections), HEPA-filtered equipment, and written post-cleaning documentation.
If your service doesn't meet that standard, we make it right — re-clean, refund, or whatever it takes.
